Almost Famous NQ

1. The burger was good. I had the Liberty Island burger. Good combination of flavours, mild, and a tender chicken. Good amount of salad which is often something I miss in burgers here. It was not too greasy and the burger bun was light.
   The fries were dead, and this can’t be blamed on the delivery. Not much taste, not good standard. The spicy chicken wings (hot AF) were disappointed, didn’t taste good. The bacon dip was not after our licking as well. The Mac cheese balls were a tad too greasy and not much taste to them. I could eat two and the rest was wasted. Same with the fries.

   If the price reflected the quality I’d give three stars because the burger was good. Somehow I’m even more disappointed that this is what you had to offer on a weekday though. More flavours and quality to the food and you’ll one day be famous.

2. ‘Almost Famous’ was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, with a fun vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy our meal. The staff were attentive and friendly, checking in at just the right moments without being overbearing. The burgers were absolutely phenomenal! Thick, juicy patties cooked to perfection that added a burst of flavor. You could really taste the quality, and the creative combinations were simply delicious.

   A special shoutout to Harry, who was the absolute best. He went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome, offering great recommendations and really enhancing our experience. If you’re looking for a place that serves amazing food in a great atmosphere, ‘Almost Famous’ is the spot. I can’t recommend it enough!

   We ordered the Kids in America burger, a Butter Blood Bleu burger, supersized Bacon Bacon fries, and Blasts chicken with BBQ sauce plus the biscoff snickerdoodle milkshakes.

4. Fantastic little restaurant. Been waiting a while to try this place and I was not disappointed. Small menu, which is good because it means the food they do is spot on! Everyone in the place was having fun/enjoying their food. I will defiantly be back in the future!! I had the burger pictured, enjoyed it 100%!!

5. Good tasting burgers on a sunny day. Due to the good weather we were able to eat on the tables in the street. We shared the chips between us as there was plenty to go around. Service was quick but we asked for tap water twice and wasn’t brought any, plus despite metal cutlery being present inside was offered wooden ones, not the end of the world however. Overall a good experience and a solid burger.
