Anise

1. What can I say, Friendly staff, great service, nice decor & food was amazing!
   I had popadoms & pickle tray which was very nice then chicken tikka starter, cooked spot on.
   The chicken jalfrezi was excellent & I loved the garlic naan bread mmm.
   The perfect drink for curry is cobra lager which I had too.
   All in all Anise is worthy of 5 stars & I will definitely return.

2. Me and my father always have a superb meal at this restaurant. Definitely the best the area.
   Miah’s taxi service is absolutely second to none, would use again without hesitation.

3. Usually lovely with great food but until that waiter with the glasses learns some manners I won’t be going back. I asked for poppadoms whilst deciding on main course and his reply was “il take your order for that when you’ve decided on your mains,it’s much easier for me that way” and got asked if we were leaving soon as they were closing-at half past 9.was rude last time we all went but thought we’d try again. Still no manners.

4. I love curry and this place consistently gets it right. The staff are friendly and the food is tasty. I know if I order a dish it will be the same as it was last time I ordered it. Never had a bad meal from here. I just wished they served lassi.

5. Living in Spain this is my first time back here in a few years. Still a great place to enjoy a curry, excellent menu, fantastic food and great service. A throughly enjoyable evening.
