This big Asda store now has a McDonald’s fast food takeaway , so the local area is now littered .

Shame kids uniforms are never in stock for months on end .
Been over charged a few times here , so check your receipt, no apology from customer services and could not refund to my credit card on my phone !

There are many issues with this store. The store is very poorly stocked and depending when you go, you may find that they more often than not have run out of basics. Today there were no potatoes and I can’t remember the last time they had carrots.
There are only ever 3 tills open with long queues and the scan and go is often completely void of any scanners available.
Staff fulfilling Internet orders leave their carts blocking isles and staff on the self checkout/scan and go tills are spread few and far between. You are often stood waiting for some time for age verification etc.
I use this supermarket as it is the closest, buts I am considering going across town to somewhere with food on the shelves where I can get a complete shop.
Don’t order collection!!! I purchased an item for 55 pound for collection to be cancelled less than an hour before I was to collect. (I payed extra to collect)
Called customer services and was transferred to an endless call on the phone and nobody picked up after over 40 minutes.
I went to reorder the item and (said in stock online) but clearly wasnt. It’s unfair making people pay and have to wait 3-5 days for money back.
Awful service and even worse customer support.
Huge thanks to the store manager today. He went above and beyond in being able to track down my elderly mother. Very much appreciated. I really can’t thank him enough.
