1. Terrible Place to have your belongings monitored . I had bad experience where i went to the shop , took off my jacket to try a shirt and turned a round to discover my jacket has vanished. Unfortunatley my car and home keys has been on it .Checked the CCTV guy and told there is nothing showing despite a camera been just above me . COMPLETELY and UTERLY USELESS .

3. It is a shame as this store used to be very good. Firstly the products are cheap but they look cheap and could be half the price. Secondly the customer service is appalling, no interaction with customers and large cages of stock on the sales floor. In addition the cafe is never open, even when it is they close 15 minutes before they are supposed to, telling you rudely, while they’re cleaning down. Or they will again rudely tell you there is no hot water. The customer service is worse in the cafe than on the salesfloor. Dreadful, won’t be going back.

4. I would have given them minus stars if possible. I visit this store at least twice every month. The store has variety of products but their customer service is appalling, especially at the check out tills.
   I have felt in the last few months the service has gone downhill not to mention it was pretty bad already. The staff members at the tills make you feel as if you have committed a crime by shopping in this store.
   They are extremely unprofessional, rather rude. They never ask you if you have Asda app to scan. Never say thankyou . They literally scan your things and throw them at you as if trying to get rid of you.
   I don’t know if it the issue from the ASDA management , or they are not paid enough but there is definitely something really wrong .
   Terrible customer services. I hope they sort this out otherwise I will stop shopping at this store

5. Very good store, I can always find something on a bargain price.
