We recently visited the Atlantic after years and were very impressed. We had a 4 course menu with a cocktail and everything was outstanding. Food was delicious, service was faultless. We went with a VIP voucher which is available on their website and it is fantastic value, ours was gifted but I’d happily pay for it! It’s great to revisit a place to discover that it is even better than how you remember it! They have a cosy space just outside like a wee terrace, it has been revamped and it looks very beautiful.
Lovely family meal with prompt and friendly service, tasty food and great drinks. We had bread and olives fir the table, oysters that were lovely served with an abundance of accoutrements, hot smoked salmon souffle that was delicious, the cod , boullabaise and roast chicken. Everything was fantastic.
This is a MUST if you’re looking for a fantastic meal!
Came with my fiancée and we’ve never had such a fantastic experience. Soup starters were absolutely unbelievable; warming, hearty, simply, divine.
Mains of cod and beef bourguignon, were absolutely incredible. The beef was absolutely unreal, I honestly couldn’t get enough. Fiancée had the fish and she could’ve wept after having finished hers.
The drinks were the perfect compliment to the meal; light, refreshing, and delightfully moreish! For £6 per cocktail, one could easily have a VERY enjoyable time just with these.
The service and atmosphere were as warm and welcoming as one would expect for the higher-end quality of food – service was prompt and attentive, and staff were absolutely happy to make accommodations to make our experience utterly unforgettable.
This is a true must for ANYONE visiting the city as a couple. A warm, welcoming environment, truly sublime food and drink, combined into a dining experience which we won’t soon forget. This will be a definite stop for us when we come back to Glasgow!
