Aurum Food & Wine Aspen Snowmass

1. What a beautiful restaurant!!! From the nicely presented food to the wonderful staff and comfortable yet gorgeous interior decor. The food was quick yet it was hot and delicious. We especially enjoyed the fries. Would definitely eat here again.

2. Beautiful space and experience. Quite quiet during the summer but still a must around here. The food is delicious, specially their steak and lamb chops. Start with the beet salad, fresh and perfect for the summer. Ask Jorge about their awesome wine selection, or enjoy the best spicy margarita in town.

3. Wow! 5-star dining in shorts and T-shirts. Absolutely loved the food and service. Manager Jorge was kind and attentive. Yes it’s resort pricey but here you really do get what you pay for!

4. Definitely a top spot in snowmass! A great selection with large portions and friendly staff. I would recommend coming here when you get the chance.

5. Aurum Food, situated at the base of Snowmass Village right by the ski lifts, is an excellent choice for both lunch and apres ski. While it may not be the fastest option for a quick bite, the quality of the food more than makes up for any wait times. Depending on when you arrive for lunch, you might encounter a bit of a wait to be seated, particularly during peak hours, but the inviting atmosphere and delicious offerings are well worth it.

   The menu features comforting and nourishing dishes that are perfect after a day on the slopes. Among my personal favorites are the rich tomato soup paired with a classic grilled cheese, which is a delightful combo that ensures a warm and satisfying meal. The roasted cauliflower is another standout dish, offering a deliciously seasoned and hearty option.

   For apres ski, Aurum Food excels with its selection of drinks and small plates that are perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. The prices for both drinks and bites are reasonable, making it a fantastic spot to gather with friends and recoup after an active day. Overall, Aurum Food provides a lovely dining experience with a menu that invites you to indulge and relax.
