1. Had a lovely meal here. Great prices and a good value for price

2. Went in when it was so quiet we thought it was closed – tried to order food on their app, but it was slow to load, and eventually the waitress took our order. The food was ridiculously slow to arrive, and then didn’t even come out at the same time. The waitress didn’t seem that happy to be there when she was serving us. Thankfully it was reasonably priced for what we got, but I don’t think I’ll be in a hurry to go back, especially as my son described the fried egg as a flavourless gummy bear

3. Went in today for some lunch with my husband and 2 children. Sat at a table which was being cleared by a waitress who was far from welcoming. She brought us menus and we didn’t see her for another 20 mins. I was trying to order via the app while we waited but it was taking ages to load. Anyway, she did come and take our order and again was far from friendly. After that 3 of the drinks came out then we waited, and waited and waited for 50 MINS. on our food. No one at the tables around us had food either and due to the lack of background music we could hear every conversation about it. Take out orders were going out before we were getting served which I felt was ridiculous. Eventually I had to ask how long it was going to be as due to our car park ticket we were getting pushed for time. Food followed not long after and some if it seemed to have been under a heat lamp for a while. No apology for the wait or explanation but then again I wasn’t expecting one from a waitress who looked like she would rather have been anywhere else than working. Used to love the Big O but unfortunately it has changed and not for the better so we will not be back.

4. Stopped in Coleraine for food, this was where we found to eat, the place was quiet but the waitress got us seated and took our order quickly and politely. Our drinks came and then our food very quickly after, we weren’t expecting it nearly as quick. We ordered a fry and chicken Maryland, both very well cooked, big portions, we could hardly finished what we were given. We both left pleasantly surprised by our meal out. Great wee spot for food 😊

5. The best place to have lunch or dinner in the city. Not only are the burgers great but they are also very good value for money. But without a doubt the best thing was the waiters. Ronda and her husband are super friendly with their customers and treated us very well. We will definitely come back and we recommend them 100%.
