Bill’s Cardiff Central Restaurant

1. Greats breakfast, was severed quick and it was proper hot. The pancakes were fluffy and tasted great. The porridge was excellent also, it’s the thick style (not milky) which was exactly what we wanted. The eggs Benedict was done very well, I swapped out the ham on standard offer for crispy streaky bacon (stripe bacon) and was very happy with it. Of important note they don’t seem to use vinegar when preparing this so it lacks a bit of the zingy taste like but that doesn’t detract much from the meal (preference based). The inside is great, lots of interesting things to look at and the tables are layer out in a logical manner that suites the space and means your meal will feel like it’s being served a little more intimate than the size of this place is. The outside tables are very nice also but be warned like every other place in the UK that’s where the smokers hang out for their meals.

2. We came for a family lunch after a weekend in cardiff seeing wicked with our nan. We ended our weekend with lunch at Bill’s cardiff centre. We were greeted with smiley faces and were served by a lovely staff member, her name was Tilly. She was kind, attentive and nothing was too much for her. It was a lovely experience for the end of a lovely weekend for our family.

4. We booked a table in advance which was a good thing as there was quite a queue when we arrived. We were greeted and seated quickly by friendly staff. All staff throughout were wonderful.
   The food was served quickly and was hot with ample portions. The Brunch with extra pancakes was absolutely outrageous! Really enjoyed it!
   Great menu with good options for all.
   Overall, great staff, great food, great location with good atmosphere and ample portions!
   Recommended!!

5. Such a delightful little (well not so little inside) place.
   From the moment you step into the establishment you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff and beautiful decor.

   The staff were informative as to when our table would be ready, patient with us when we couldn’t decide on what to choose and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

   The food was absolutely delicious and came out promptly after ordering. The coffee was delicious, too with a wide range to choose from. The dessert was so tasty and a wonderful finish to a lovely little brunch!

   Highly recommend place and with how popular it was when we went on Saturday, I’d 100% say book a table to avoid missing out!
