Bistrot Pierre – Mumbles Swansea

1. The duck breast with gratin, tender stems, and sauce was exquisite and done to perfection. The salmon dish served over peas and crunchy small potatoes was divine. The upstairs dining area had a fabulous view, and paired well with our wine. The waitress was spot on timing, polite, and we felt she took care of us well.

2. Fantastic, flavourful meal. From mains to desserts, we were delighted with the presentation and flavour profiles. Chicken Normandy was to die for, with lovely dauphinoise potatoes on the side.

   Madeleine with sticky toffee sauce was simply brilliant. Panna cotta was also delicious! Overall, an excellent experience.

   Friendly, attentive staff too!

3. It’s a beautiful place in a beautiful setting, and the servers were amazing. Due to it being graduation week it was absolutely bouncing so we did have quite a time waiting between starters and mains, almost 40 mins but the staff did apologise mid point for the wait. We enjoyed our drinks starters and desserts. The mains for us both was nice but neither of us raved about them.

   I would definitely go again to sample more off the menu and hope it’s a little less bumping when we visit so we get a chance to enjoy visit a bit more.

4. Such a lovely restaurant. Setting is great. We have been here three times and it has always been fabulous. The cocktails are lovely and recommend the French Martini. Their own wine is very good. Dessert wine so lovely. Food is delicous. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere.

5. Amazing service, great atmosphere and great food. Never disappoints when we come for a meal here. Alena was our waitress and was very attentive, polite and provided great service. As well as the other waiters all did their jobs very well.
