Black Sheep Coffee

1. Guys, this is a coffee shop. Not McDonalds. Why are we ordering on a screen? Where is the social and atmosphere of a good coffee shop? Why am I asking for a teaspoon to go with my coffee? I don’t want a wooden stick when I’ve ordered with a ceramic cup to save on landfill. Why are the staff all hiding in the back area, rather than clearing and cleaning the tables?Just another rubbish coffee chain. Expected so much more…. You won’t last I’m afraid

3. I recently visited black sheep coffee and ordered a flat white to be served in a
   ceramic cup. Unfortunately, the staff member prepared the coffee in a takeaway cup instead. Upon politely requesting that my drink be served in ceramic as originally ordered, she proceeded to pour the same coffee into a ceramic cup rather than making a fresh one. Additionally, the drink I received did not resemble a flat white but rather a latte, and it was served as a white coffee.

   I was disappointed with both the service and the quality of the coffee. I expect more attention to detail when visiting a café, especially when it comes to honoring specific customer requests and providing the correct beverage.

4. Drinks very tasty, best americano i’ve tasted in town for a long time. Strawberry and banana smoothie very refreshing too. Plugs available to charge your phone etc. Staff very friendly. Will definitely be back!

The whole experience at Black Sheep Coffee was delightful, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee in a pleasant setting.
