1. Offer a huge selection of everything, from stylish home decor to snacks and chocolates, toys for kids, cozy beddings, unique gift items, and even hardware supplies – all at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, making your shopping experience smooth. The only drawback is the checkout process. With long lines and just two registers operating, it can get a bit slow. More staff at the tills would be ideal. Overall, the wide variety and affordability make this store a must-visit for any shopper!

2. Took one of my daughters and one Grandson. Got holidays shopping, toiletries sweets and treats and toys selections delighted my Grandson. I always find exactly what I want and more. Prices, especially the deals are fantastic, you never leave B&M with an empty basket ever. Also in all the B&M I use the staff are so friendly and helpful, all the time, that you think they are happy to work there. Big shout out from me. I love this shop.

3. I think this store has a competition with it’s tills, to see how long they can make the queues go down the aisles. 10 minutes looking around, 30 minutes in a queue.
   Then, when the queue is down, there’s a magic door to the right of the tills, where magically 7 people spawn from…
   Easily the worst service BnM, but usually the one that will have what you need in stock compared to the others.

4. Very poor! Not one single trolley and staff don’t know what’s happened to them. I can only carry one thing so I need to purchase elsewhere now!

5. Not as nice as it used to be . Quite a lot of empty spaces in furniture section and loads of curtains out of packets. Not good prices like used to be. Disappointing
