1. i visited and looked for a furniture cabinet but couldn’t find the one that i needed but i asked a member of staff, kane his name was, and he went round the back to the warehouse and genuinely looked for the specific cabinet i showed him on my phone. great customer service and polite man. thank you kane 🙂

2. Great value store many items at a low price and plenty to choose from. Free and convenient parking right outside

3. Great bargains, slightly run down shop, with little space for wheelchairs at the tills

4. Not good service from Chris on the checkout complete lack of respect. Treating certain customers differently than others is not something that is expected or reasonable. Will be raising with head office formally the concerns.

5. You can find practically everything in B&M. My go to place for household laundry and essentials. Best thing it’s open till 10pm, perfect for when I finish work, dinner and get my essentials.
