B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

1. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful hospitality and warm welcomes consistently provided by the staff at B&M. Every time I step into this store, I am greeted with genuine smiles and engaging conversation from the cashier team.

   Today, I had the pleasure of being served by a delightful lady whose friendly demeanor and personalized greetings truly made my shopping experience a joy. Not only did she assist me with my purchase of three sets of hangers, but she also shared her own experience with the product, creating a sense of connection.

   Her thoughtful parting words of “Happy hanging” added a special touch to my visit, leaving me with a smile as I exited the store. It is clear that she goes above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and appreciated.

   B&M is fortunate to have such dedicated staff members who embody the spirit of exceptional customer service. Thank you for consistently providing a welcoming and enjoyable shopping environment.

2. Amazing!! Huge store, lots of Karen’s buying pointless candles and home stuff. Has everything you need under one roof. Parking is good. 8/10

3. Keep in mind before driving here thinking it’s one that I’d use the term ‘garden centre’ incredibly loosely to describe what this branch has. It’s got a very, very small nursery attached to the store at best

4. I had my baby granddaughter with me, no cash and missed placed a token. I enquired inside to see if they would kindly unlock a trolley, not one member of staff helped at all!! Needless to say BM missed out on my shopping. Such a bad experience here, will NEVER use them again

5. Absolutely Massive Store with a vast selection of products, All at very reasonable prices – Large car parking area with a small number of disabled parking spaces, closer to the shop . Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Many many bargains in store and well worth a visit !!!!! 5*****
