1. I wanted to give this to a good cause and after sending in pictures and explaining there’s a few marks as you can see we then organised a collection date. The drivers turned up today and decided it’s not good enough. I fail to believe someone couldn’t make use of this furniture village corner sofa and I think it’s ridiculous to look at the pictures and discuss it only to then change your mind on collection.

2. I am often a customer at this shop and I want to give a special thanks to Christina A who is always kind, polite and helpful. There is another member of staff who is not like this but Christina makes up for this! Many thanks,

3. The staff here are so lovely, all the furniture is in good condition and the shop has a stunning collection. If you like old furniture, this is the place. It was such a shame that i had to cancel my order because the moving company quoted me £600 for furniture transport to my new location. I got a full refund from the staff. Will be visiting the one in my new location soon.

4. I recently visited the store to buy a wardrobe and was immediately impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The name of the staff member who assisted me , was ELENA who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.She took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with tailored advice and support.

   I was particularly drawn to Elena’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

   I believe that Elena is a valuable asset to the British Heart Foundation and is a shining example of exceptional customer service.

5. 10/10 service from purchase to delivery. Found some real gems at amazing prices.
