Burger Base

1. My friend and I stopped into Burger Base today for lunch. I totally messed up my order on the kiosk and the staff were so lovely and accommodating! They even double checked with me because I ordered my salad with nothing when I thought I ordered it with everything. 😂 Luckily it was fixed and it was one of the best salads I’ve had since I moved to Wales. It was jammed packed with toppings and so flavourful. I loved it! The smash burger was absolutely delicious and the jalapeno poppers were made with cream cheese which is just the cherry on top of the cake. I will 100% be back and you would be crazy not to check this place out! Great value for money and delightful food.

2. Karem was lovely, helped us choose our meals and pointed out the great offer on Tuesday! Definitely coming again

3. All round great service, price and product. If you want to rid yourself of the bleak fast-food cliché that alot of other places offer, then I would recommend this place everytime. The first visit, I miss read the menu and they were amazing in their response for a replacement meal for my son. The second visit they recognised us and were incredible once more. Friendly and respectful. What more can you ask for in a retail age that lacks true service values.

   Will always eat here when coming to cwmbran.

4. This was our first time trying out burger base and I can honestly say it didn’t disappoint..
   Friendly staff, very clean and tidy
   The food was amazing and great value for money…
   They also gave me a money off voucher for the next time we visit..
   We will definitely be stopping here again..

5. First time eating here, but it definitely won’t be the last.
   Had the 2 for 1 deal and customised the burgers 🍔 they were THE best burgers ever.
   Chicken smash and a triple smash that didn’t disappoint. Fresh, tasty ingredients and the dine in experience was lovely. Really police and friendly staff, super clean diner.
   Can’t wait to go back and try something else off the menu
