Cafe Rust Brighton

1. A lovely restaurant/cafe, with a good brunch menu. There’s a charming back garden that’s blessed by the sun but there are umbrellas to cover. The food is amazing, delicious and fresh. The sourdough toast is wonderful. I had the avocado and eggs. The cheesecake was great. The service was excellent, the food came out fast. The staff are friendly and welcoming and attentive. Overall, top 5 stars and highly recommended. Shall visit again.

2. Had brunch & coffee here this morning…. Loved it. Fab food, I had scrambled eggs on sourdough toast & it was served with a salsa verde, which was awesome. My husband had avocado eggs & loved it. Our skinny cortados were amazing too!!! Def coming back. 100% recommend!

3. We had eggs Benedict and croque Monsieur which was absolutely delicious! Cakes (salted caramel and basque cheesecake) weren’t the best -didn’t seem fresh. That’s why -1. Service was great and the atmosphere as well. Dog friendly place. Will come again!

4. We had our wedding party at Cafe Rust last year, and everything about it was fantastic! Anna is the QUEEN of organisation and delicious food, and thanks to her and the team we had the perfect wedding. The cafe looked beautiful, the food was amazing (people were talking for months afterwards about the slow-cooked middle eastern lamb!) and all the staff were so friendly and worked so hard to ensure everything went smoothly. Would 100% recommend Cafe Rust as the perfect venue and it will always hold a special place in our hearts

5. Sensational Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royale served by friendly staff in a tranquil outdoor garden space. Generous portions and very reasonably priced. Thank you Cafe Rust!
