Cafe Strange Brew

1. I had passed this place several times at the weekend before visiting, and it’s always looked chockablock, queue out the door, and people all around. So, I was excited to see what the hype was. And it didn’t disappoint, the food was delicious and the service was friendly. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Personally, we wouldn’t go back at the weekend, just because we felt a little cramped in and overheard, but we would try again during the week. And would tell others it’s a good place to eat.

2. We dropped in here for a coffee on a rainy day, we didn’t expect what we would find there.
   While watching people eating at the tables next to us, we decided to eat something too. The food was fantastic. We haven’t experienced such poetry of taste in a long time. The salmon I ordered was the best I’ve eaten in a really long time. Fantastic people working there, the atmosphere of the whole place, something wonderful. We will definitely go back there more than once

3. Service is always great here, I ordered the pancakes with bacon and blueberries with maple syrup and my partner got the Stornaway stack. Really large portions. My only critique is that I could taste the bicarbonate soda in the pancakes. The chai latte and hash browns are also great!

4. Service is top of the game from everyone – I was served by multiple staff members and every single one showed kindness, attentiveness and understanding. Honestly one of the best cafes when it comes to great staff I’ve been to!!! 🙏🏼🌻

   Food is insanely tasty, I visited alone but ended up ordering pancakes and a savoury veggie breakfast & both were as amazingly delicious as each other (both were also dairy free!)

   – Vegan affogato is on the menu which is so amazing to see 🍨☕️
   – The basil pesto mayo is ⭐️oh⭐️my⭐️sweet⭐️goodness⭐️
   – interiors are super cool and funky 🪩
   – there’s specials so even if you come often you get to try new exciting dishes 👌🏼

5. Such a gorgeous place, with lovely staff! I arrived just as it opened and by the time I got my food it was already nearly full, so highly recommend going early!
   One of the best pancakes I’ve had in Glasgow, so fluffy, warm and drenched in maple syrup. And the pistachio cream cookie might be one of the best cookies I’ve had! Not too sweet but still soft and crumbly, would highly recommend. Couldn’t stop myself from grabbing a few to go as well!
   The staff was lovely and warm, very attentive despite how busy it was. Definitely would return! 🧡
