  1. My husband and I came here on our trip to Glasfow for breakfast and I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! The food was outstanding and the service was amazing. The owner was incredibly kind and even gave us some haggis to try and we are happy to report that we loved it! Thank you for an amazing experience!

  2. Full Scottish breakfast, overall good however I was hoping for haggis to be included. A very tired tomato and no butter included with the toast, had to ask. Service was good but I wasn’t given or offered any water. Very pleasant atmosphere in the cafe.

  3. I had the vegan breakfast and it was really good. Nice to be able to experience the Scottish breakfast without the meat. Wasn’t sure what to expect from vegan haggis, bur really nice flavors and texture. Staff was friendly.

  4. When we arrive not very busy.
It took a while to get coffee seen more interested in getting the rubbish out to the bin wagons took half an hour to get our breakfast order after 25 minutes was told there was a problem with the gas but the owner was very apologetic and the food was very good young lad who was doing the coffee seemed a bit flustered if they can just cut down the waiting time for you to get your coffees and food this would be an good place to come too on a regular basis .My breakfast was haggis and scrambled egg which was very good and my wife had bacon egg croissant, could not fault the food. And for someone who’s worked in this business for quite some time, it’s not always easy to get it right 100% of the time

  5. I had the croque monsieur which was great, but the service here left a lot to be desired. The food was relatively quick coming out, but the staff forgot our drinks (an orange juice and iced latte). I overheard the staff talking about making the iced latte after around 20 minutes of waiting. They then proceeded to give it to another lady who had ordered a soy latte, my friend informed the staff she had ordered the iced latte, instead of giving it to her, they took it away and threw it away. I had to go up and ask because they just didn’t make another one. They didn’t really seem to know what was going on, the cafe wasn’t very busy either so that can’t be an excuse. Also – the ice cream in the tub cost me ÂŁ4.90, a complete rip off.
