Caffe Nero

1. Asked a lady who worked there about the toilet, she was so rude & she was same to another customer. The lady had dark hair & quite over weight. Rude customer service, if you don’t like your job, get a new one. Will not be returning. However, was served by a lovely man who worked there, she should take some tips.

2. Anna and the rest of the girls are always welcoming,giving you a big smile and a great service. I come here almost everyday on my break and the customer service is great.

3. Great location opposite Victoria Quarter, short queue and friendly staff.

4. This Particular Branch Of Nero in Vicar Lane is a cosy spot with friendly staff, good coffee and a warm atmosphere. Would recommend.

5. The best nero in town, with amazingly friendly staff even during peak hours.
