Caffè Nero

1. Have you guys met the barista called Kat? She is even more amazing than the coffee that was really delicious. Great customer service goes a long way.

2. What a disgusting dirty shop 10am the floors was heavily stained with filth the glass food cabinet was full off old crumbs and you could just make out the cakes as the glass was covered in hand prints.
   That put me right off purchasing a cake I don’t think that had been cleaned in months.

   A trip to the loo well I didn’t even get there just full off grime it was appalling.

   I would never go back in there perhaps the staff should try cleaning instead of vaping and being on there phones.

3. Dirty, the toilets were vile and had a fly infestation. We all felt unwell after we ate there too. My son was sick twice.

4. Really inviting and lovely staff. I got the limited edition coffee but they stated if the flavour was terrible they would happily replace it. Perfectly made coffee as all cafe Nero have been. Overall clean and warm environment. Efficient and quick staff. Had a great time.

5. The customer service was very nice but the coffee was way too hot, past the temperature where the milk should be.
