Caffè Nero

1. Pretty good for a chain coffee shop. The staff are always very polite and friendly, the coffee is also nice, and there is always a good atmosphere in the cafe. Although it can get quite busy at times, I find it is a good place to get some work done and have a coffee. It is also a great location hence it is easy to get a drink to takeaway and go for a stroll on the high street or the park.

2. Unfortunately not decent coffee! They have to be trained what’s the difference between cappuccino and flat white. I’ve had flat white but it was frothed more than cappuccino.

3. Met some old friends at Cafe Nero. Smiling, friendly service, excellent coffee and tea.
   I enjoyed a lovely cream bun.

4. Cannot make a decent coffee and gets snappy when we asked to make a fresh one. Very weak coffee and very watery latte. £4 for a cup of hot water stirred with a coffee spoon.

5. Cold coffee, poor choice of sandwiches ( and when it did come it was lukewarm and very poor quality). Used to be great, what’s gone wrong?
