Caffè Nero

1. Worked in Frasers for a short while now and every time I spend my break there the staff are lovely and personable. Always go the extra mile, make my coffee the exact way I like it without asking and helped me save my money by introducing me to the features in their app.

2. A typical coffee shop only this one is tucked away upstairs in a massive retail shop. That means it can be quieter for those wanting away from the outside city noise.

3. Very nice atmosphere. Awesome design building. Good service and friendly staff.

4. We came in here half an hour before closing, and the staff were lovely, kept the place clean, and were happy for us to sit in. They recommended the most perfect drinks too.

5. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating so no need to rush your food/drinks. Pleasant ambience.
