Caffè Nero

1. It’s ok. Staffing could be warmer and service a little quicker but when it arrives it’s good

2. Usually pretty busy even on weekdays. I needed to wait around 10mins at a till. Spacious shop and also there are plenty of outside seats. Toilets available too.
   I was impressed that they had so many cakes and snacks to choose from.

3. A nice cafe I regularly come to. The staff are generally very nice and remember my order, with Giuliana being exceptionally welcoming and a real asset to the establishment and company.

4. Ordered a vegan sandwich and was told that I’ll will be served to my table in few minutes but waited for almost 20 mins until I asked them about it. The server realised that she forgot about it and served me a soggy roll which was sat in the microwave for all that time while also denying me a refund.

   P.S if it’s too difficult to memorize all the order given how busy it gets and the human error nature of it , just get a TICKET MACHINE!!! for the items ordered.

5. Good service and nice coffee.
