Caffè Nero

1. I like this Nero branch at Bullring Link to Grand Central is more quiet which is what I like about its ambience. You can have a great chat with your favourite cuppa. The place is spacious but cozy. Staff are nice and friendly. Love the coffee! My fave is Pistachio latte whether hot or cold but I opted for cappuccino this time around as I needed a pick me upper. It’s a branch I keep coming back to.

2. The festive Tiramisu Latte tastes great. However I can’t connect to bullring WiFi there.

3. Very nice Caffè Nero that we visited 3 times over 2 days in central Birmingham.

   Lovely hot chocolate and coffee.

   Plenty of nice relaxed seating, quiet relaxed atmosphere. All staff friendly and efficient. Place and tables all clean and cleaner than most branches. Even though this branch is in a mall it doesn’t feel like you’re in a corridor of a mall.

   Great branch.

4. Miranda from the Bullring branch always goes out of her way and gives exceptional service to her customers. She is very kind and always goes out of her way to give the best experience. I would only come to this Cafe Nero branch in Birmingham specially because of her. Thank you so much Miranda the other staff have a lot to live up by because of you

5. Its ok for a coffee shop. There ia plenty of room with chairs and tables, some with view of the city. Clean toilet and nice staff. Coffee I ordered was really good and with the number of drinks we ordered there was no mixups✌️ good spot just between grand central and bull ring centre make it ideal place for a quick coffee on the go. Recommended 👌
