Cambridge Lady Cake. Corporate cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. Wedding, Birthday and other Celebrations.

1. I recently ordered a birthday cake from Cambridge Lady Cake, and I was left very disappointed with the overall experience. I had placed my order a month in advance, requesting a vanilla cake with both strawberry and banana filling. However, when the cake arrived, it was just a vanilla sponge with no filling. This was especially frustrating because I had made my request very clear in my emails, and the filling was a key part of what I wanted for my son’s birthday.

   Communication throughout the process was not great either. Despite reaching out multiple times, I found the responses through email to be slow and not very helpful. On top of that, I had asked for a simple “Happy Birthday [my son’s name]” message on the cake, but she also included his age, which was not what I wanted.

   Although the cake was tasty, the disappointment overshadowed the experience. She did offer a £10 discount due to the missing filling, bringing the price down from £80, but it didn’t really make up for the mistakes.

2. I was incredibly impressed with Cambridge Cake Lady! Izabela was very helpful and responsive, the cake was delivered on time as promised, it looks incredible and tastes better! I would HIGHLY recommend using their services.

3. We ordered a special summer cake. It was presented beautifully and really delicious. Previous cakes from Cambridge Lady Cake were also excellent!

4. One of the best cake makers in the whole of Cambridge.
   I can’t thank enough for the lovely cake for my birthday. Best birthday cake ever.
   Indeed it was such a beautiful and lovely presentation.
   Delivery was in time.
   Cake was just too yummy and delicious.
   We ordered a vanilla cream and vanilla sponge with strawberries in it.

5. Very smooth process. The cake is so tasty that everyone liked and nothing left over. The design even better than expected. Highly recommended.
