Cambridge University Library Tea Room

1. This space is a nice change of pace from the silence of the many reading rooms in the library. Mostly available to University of Cambridge faculty, staff, and students, the Tea Room offers a selection of bottled drinks, chilled and prepared sandwiches, along with an assortment of snack cakes and pastries. They do have a decent coffee and tea selection, but be warned that they do not serve iced drinks! That being said, this latte and sausage roll with crisps was a delightful and affordable treat at £6.5!

2. Would you like some Crumpets to go with your Tea? Lord save the queen! I could really go for a croquette madame. Please I am only a man trying to fit in with the students here walla.

3. Oh the tea here is absolutely horrible tastes like dishwater, and I called to complain and they *never pickup the phone*

4. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Food is mostly OK. Prices for cooked lunches and biscuits/bakes/cakes/pastries for tea are reasonable, but you’re better off walking to the town centre for an instant 20% price drop on basically anything else.
