Capital One Café

1. Good coffee at a half price because I’m a credit card holder? Yes, please.

   I like the spacious and open layout.
   Coffee is good and staffs are friendly.
   I’d frequent if I’m from around here.

2. This cafe is larger and cuter on the inside than it looks on the outside. It has seating. The staff are very friendly. The coffee is decent or very good if you get the 50% discount with your capital one card.

3. Awesome place awesome service.

   Walked in and was initially very confused as I wasn’t sure where the bank was. However someone quickly walked up to me and asked if I needed help. I told them I needed help opening an account and they brought me into a nice room.

   The reason I went in person was because I was having issues (not their fault, mine). When they saw that this was going to take a little longer than expected the person I was working with had someone grab me a free cup of coffee while we figured it out.

   Although Opening the account still had issues (my fault as I opened several credit cards and accounts in a short span of time triggering a flag in the system) the person I was working with obviously knew what he was doing and tried very hard to get things working for me. 10/10 experience, worlds better then my previous bank.

4. Stephanie is awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with serving me and other customers.

5. Shrinkflation and price gouging results in $6 for a medium americano. Prices are out of control and the consumer is taken advantage of. Hard pass.
