Caribou Coffee

1. I went to caribou for the first time in 6+ years today to grab a quick drink after my Fiancé got his haircut and it was closer than Starbucks. All together I had to wait 20 minutes to order and get my drink and they even gave the lady who ordered after me her drink first. This is why I never come here and I never will again!! Great customer service guys 😂 BTW there is 2 registers for a reason if you can’t figure something out on the first one with the customer in front of me at least take my order on the second one and start on my drink instead of standing around. Customer service and efficiency is very important! I never write reviews but this called for one.

2. When I lived in this town years ago this caribou was always hit or miss on drinks. It’s a total miss now. Two days in a row my drink was bitter and just not good. I get this drink 3-5x a week at different caribous and they all make it great so I think it’s just this location. You’re better off going to the isanti locations.

3. Love that I can order three shots of espresso and a big cup of ice and then add my protein shake myself. Very reasonable price and healthy option. Very friendly great service

4. This is a great place. They take your allergies seriously and are very careful to not cross contaminate. They have friendly staff. And the Drive through is very efficient.

5. Love my caramel cooler! Girls doing an excellent job and it’s so nice to go somewhere where they remember you and know what drink you like.
