Booked a table for tonight, glad we did as it was quite busy. What a gem of a find! The food was beautiful and plentiful. We had the stroganoff and a risotto followed by a mouth watering lemon tart dessert.The staff were really friendly,chatty and couldn’t have been more helpful. A small intimate restaurant with a relaxing informal atmosphere. Couldn’t have asked for more. More than highly recommended. A big thank you to all the staff. See photos for food
Extraordinary! The food and service are exceptional! It’s the first time that my son and I couldn’t eat everything and gave up ordering dessert. The menu is very diverse, the portions are huge and the taste sublime! The wine menu is a dream, I don’t think you can want a kind of wine and not find it. I have been to many restaurants in LLandudno, but this is the best. It’s a pity that they only opened between 17:00 and 22:00 and places are limited, only by reservation. Congratulations, you are the best!
First time here for our wedding anniversary and did not disappoint. Brilliant customer service and the food was outstanding. I had traditional Spaghetti Bolognese and wife had lasagna. Rustic garlic bread and homemade chunky chips accompanied out tasty dishes and an irresistible sticky toffee pudding to finish off the night – will definitely be back.
This is our favourite Italian restaurant in the UK – we visit twice a year and often base our visits around availability of a table! The food is sublime home cooking style almost (and I mean that in a complimentary way) and served in exceedingly generous portions. There’s also an extensive wine list at very reasonable prices. Highlights are the chicken livers to start, any fish special, the fillet steaks and all of the desserts (and I don’t have a particularly sweet tooth). I almost forgot the service – simply the best- friendly and unobtrusive.
We arrived on the recommendation of our Hotel but received quite a frosty reception from a waitress.
We were made to feel like a nuisance and when the waitress came to take our order she rattled off in an incoherent manner the choice of fish dishes. We wished we hadn’t bothered to ask! The food was lovely but I would suggest the waitress does some training in customer service!
