Great from the start! Friendly, welcoming staff. Service was good. Food tasted great! The place itself was clean and inviting. The atmosphere was really nice. Would definitely recommend coming here!
The whole experience was excellent, the food was amazing! It has to be one of the best places to get brisket for miles and miles! The staff were great, the seats were even comfortable. Super value for how good everything is.
The service is very friendly and excellent. First time tried fried pickles and it’s interesting, goes well with chicken wings.
My spicy chicken is juicy and right on the point. The potion is big could not finished all my chips, sorry have to leave it on the plate.
Visited last Saturday evening (Feb 24th) with two friends.
First time to visit at the new location.
Warm welcome received with drinks orders taken promptly.
Our server for the entire evening was Georgia who was very pleasant, polite and great fun.
I must state that our server, Georgia really was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. A real asset for the restaurant.
Food was excellent, with generous portions (when it arrived)
We ended up staying for most of the evening rather than venture into Swansea for drinks and had a really good time.
We opted for desert and several more rounds of drinks.
The only downside to the evening was our meals did take quite a while to arrive.
Aside from this, I would certainly return.
6pm Friday, 6th September 2024. Party of 7, food was great. However our waiter did a really bad thing, and I’ve lost all respect for the place. When paying he surreptitiously forced a £36 tip for himself. And after we had all paid, I asked him to calculate it on his iPad… But he said “I’m just going to go do the rounds, I’ve spent too much time in this table”, and just ran off. We just spent £270+ and we were going to give a tip. However, he forced this without my consent. And then deserted us when I tried to ask him about it. I’m so angry that he would do that!
