1. The Dim Sum there is No.1 in Manchester 🙂 and those are handmade by the chefs.
   Could be able to make a good memories if you wants to have a great dining experience 🙂
   Staff are very helpful to adding some suggestion if you do not know what to be choose with.
   The Dry-Fried Beef Hofen is a 5 star option and must trying this :)!🥳

2. Traditional Cantonese Hong Kong style dim sum. Decently prepared by the chef, it tastes great with the feeling back to 1980-1990s era. So incredible, shrimp dumplings and pork dumplings are magnificent. If you only have one shot of meal to take in Manchester, this is definitely the one. Don’t miss the lava egg yolk bun and beef meat balls. Deep fried squid are wonderful, crispy. From what you eat there, we are sure the method of food preparation and cooking is genuinely traditional and authentic. Not every Chinese restaurant in town serves the same standard as this one for sure. Many others are merely disguising by supermarket sauces and microwave.

3. I’m not an expert in yum cha but my mum who likes yum cha said the food quality was good – chicken feet was tasty while the ribs were not those frozen ones. I enjoyed the rice rolls with char siu. Service was good. Would definitely come back.

4. 子薑炸豬大腸 (fried pig intestines with pickled ginger) is not a dish that you can easily find and certainly not for the squeamish. A nice guilty treat after a long day though (just don’t count the calories).

5. Great food overall the first time I went. Ordered the soft shell crab and the three cup chicken both tasted amazing. Had also the dim sum which is the Har Gao and the 炸虾卷 which were both great as well. Will definitely come back and try more
