China Red Restaurant 满庭红川菜馆

1. That was our first experience in China Red and we will definitely come again!

   We’ve ordered king prawns in sweet and sour sauce, chicken with cashews and noodles with bean sprouts – that was too much for the two of us😄 but we managed to finish the meal.

   Thank you for the delicious meals and clean atmosphere! Even toilets were freshly cleaned and that was pleasant to have a dinner out in your restaurant

2. I visit this restaurant a lot. Really love the food. Especially the grilled fish is very tasty.
   I recently tried some new dishes which was tasty as well. Also our server Maggie was very friendly. Loved her customer service

3. Went today for the first time. Just for a quick lunch . We had the prawn toast
   Hot and sour prawn soup
   Beef noodles

   The noodles were HUGE and so good. The beef was very tender. Flavour was perfect. Easily enough for two to share for a lunch

   The soup had the most amazing flavour but unfortunately was just pure vinegar. Was so so strong and left me unable to eat it. The sauce was so good apart from that. I was burping vinegar for hours after.
   It also had 2 tiny frozen prawns in. It’s only £4.50 so that’s fine. But the vinegar was bad.

   The prawn toast was amazing. Super thick chunky prawn

   Service was fantastic and quick.

4. I ordered your food tonight and I am really disappointed. Felt like I was served leftovers. I had white rice not mixed properly with fried rice. The prawns was over cooked and tasted like tissue. Dissolved right in my mouth like wet paper. The soy was still visible on the prawns and obviously not well mixed. I ordered through Uber eat and I am so disappointed! I had a long night and I was looking forward to having a good dinner. Plans went down the drain.

5. I was walking through the city centre around 3:00PM looking for a restaurant. Then I saw this restaurant and I would like to try something new and I thought that chinese will be a good option. So I decided to try it the atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice . Soon after get into the restaurant I asked them for menu. It was a bit difficult for me to choose what to order then I selected House special fried rice. It won’t take to long they gave my lunch with in a short time. The cost of it was £9.50 and they also included the service fee which is £1 so total £10.50. The special fried rice was really tasty and I really liked it.The minimum payment by card is £10.
