Cloud 9 Cafe & Catering

1. Clean look with not a lot of seating in what I could see, with some high tables in the front. Ordering is walking to the counter and taking a look at the menu on the counter. Young lady in charge of the register was friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed in a good mood who was working so atmosphere was very inviting.
   I had the western omelet which was very cheesy (that’s a good thing as I love cheese) and done well. The potatoes with it were spiced nicely but not uniformly done. Some crunchy some very soft, but they tasted good. I also tried the French toast that was done well and tasted good with fruits and powdered sugar on top.
   Clearly coffee was an important part of this meal and although they were out of my original order I was recommended the mint latte and it was mildly sweet with the right amount of flavor. The iced caramel was also good that I was able to try.
   The setting is both child friendly and the staff is good at making you feel at home. Recommended for a decent breakfast or brunch, and a nice place to sit and talk over a good coffee.

2. I used Cloud 9 Cafe for a holiday meal at Walmart and it was delicious. The whole process, from start to finish, was easy. Our associates loved the food and are raving about it. I will definitely use Cloud 9 Cafe again!

3. I used Cloud 9 Cafe for a catered breakfast for my staff and can’t say enough good things about it! From arranging the order to the on time delivery and set up, the entire experience was phenomenal. The food was amazing and the portions were enormous! Stefanie was so helpful in deciding what items to order and she was on point with her recommendations. The staff loved the food, especially the French Toast Casserole! I will definitely use Cloud 9 Cafe again and highly recommend this amazing company to anyone looking for delicious food and tremendous customer service!

4. Stopped by real quick to check them out, and glad I did. Kinda like a mix between mom and pop diner, and Starbucks. Friendly staff, delicious food

5. I ordered online on New Year’s Day thinking it was open. Normally if a business is closed you shouldn’t be able to place an order online. My order went through and never received it. I called the next day and I was told that the order would be cancelled and I wouldn’t be charged. I look this morning and of course the charge is on my credit card. I called again today to let them know and the lady that answered told me she would have her boss call me back. I never received a call back from the boss. While I did like the food I don’t think I will be going to order again from this place. I put a dispute on this transaction with my credit card.
