I enjoyed to most amazing Toffee Nut Hot Chocolate here today – it was delicious, almost like a meal in itself – full of flavour and presented beautifully (I only wish I had taken a picture of it before I devoured it !!) . I was served by Mia, she was friendly and smiley and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would 100% recommend the cafe to anyone passing through Bristol Bus Station- it’s convenient, reasonably priced, and you can stay warm – what’s not to love ❤️ 🙌🌟
Perfect for picking up a sandwich meal deal when heading to your National Express coach. Good coffee to boot also!😋 If you have a bit more time then you can relax and ‘sit in’ also. Nice touch of Customer Service by Michael……… Trevor says so!😃
Amazing service. I was in a rush and the kind waiter Luca quickly served me with a delicious mocha. Thanks to him I enjoyed a long coach trip with a swift coffee!
I was in a few weeks ago, asked for an oat milk cappuccino. I did feel at the time that the person making drinks was new, and rushed off their feet, but the person serving me was just stood around telling them what to do, which is likely why there seemed to be a mix up and I was given almond milk – it’s a good thing I don’t have a nut allergy, but this could have had serious consequences if I had.
Also the cup lids are awful sorry. Leak right through in minutes.
Generally very good but please can you give your staff some training in disability awareness – I understand it’s probably been a long day and staff want to go home but please, if shutting early, tell customers that before they buy their cup of tea or whatever to eat/drink in the cafe, (in which case I would not have bought one – the point was to sit down and enjoy my cuppa and have a much-needed rest after the journey home) then blame customers for being there and not be able to get them out of the door fast enough – I am disabled with various conditions including muscle weakness and mobility problems. I am wearing the green sunflower lanyard which signifies hidden disability. Can you please make your staff aware of what this means. It can be enough of a struggle just getting around the bus station with my luggage, without a staff member making a fuss about being asked politely if they could please open a door because I didn’t have hand free and being asked why I couldn’t do it myself when I had just explained that after letting the door shut the first time before I could get out!! They did apologize then but please don’t be abrupt. I don’t take my health problems out on staff and anyone working in customer service needs to remember that without the customers, they would not have a job so perhaps be a bit more respectful in future. Abrupt words can be the last straw sometimes if the customer themself is having a bad day. Things like that just make things more difficult than they already are. Thank you
