  1. Beautiful restaurant, great ambience and lovely staff. I went with my friend and we ordered a steak, a pizza, & calamari as a starter. Calamari and pizza were delicious! Incredibly fresh & well balanced. Salad with the steak had a tangy honey mustard goodness about it and fries were well-salted. Steak itself tasted okay, despite the chimichuri sauce.

  2. **don’t normally write reviews but this was a horrible experience** Stopped for a midweek lunch date with my hubby and the main courses were by far some of the worst if the not the worst I’ve had in Cardiff! Being a foodie, I’ve been to most restaurants in the city!! Absolutely disappointing lunch! As you can see in the photos, the prawn linguine looked like it was instant ramen noodles with tiny pieces of frozen shrimp. Tasted as bad as it looked. My husband had the ragu pasta, looked much better than mine but still lacked in taste and seasoning. Major red flag!!! I will say though, the Parmesan croquettes were really really good for our starter. The service and vibes were top tier too. Probably won’t be visiting this place any time soon. Such a shame

  3. Coppa Club is based in Clifton Village and from the outside the restaurant looks lovely. But as soon as you step inside, the decor is eye catching! Maybe it’s all of the plants … I love a plant!

Our server James recommended a couple of dishes so we trusted him and he did not disappoint with the recommendations!

    We had:
    🔹 Parmesan croquettes
    🔹 Burrata
    🔹 Wild mushroom tagliatelle
🔹 10oz rib steak on the bone
    🔹 Garlic pizzetta
    🔹House salad

    For dessert:
    🔹 Sticky toffee pudding
🔹 Warm Bakewell tart with custard

I was blown away with how amazing the food was, the portion sizes were really good & each dish was incredible.

Their cocktails sounded amazing so next time I will make my way through the cocktail menu🍸

Recommend booking a table here! ✨

  4. We stopped here while taking a lazy day out, walking around Clifton. Sometimes, it’s hard to pick from all the restaurants on offer, but this was definitely worth taking the time to look around and finally stop. It has a nice atmosphere and pleasant staff, I would definitely recommend it for a tasty, comfortable meal out with your partner.

  5. Nothing normally gets 5 star’s but this restaurant deserves it! The service was spot on not too intrusive, just on hand at the right time, full of local knowledge. The food selection is Italian pizza, pasta, burgers, plant based to please the veggies. I actually had prawns in linguine very tasty and a apple cider to wash it down, trout for my wife and truffle Fries. Dog friendly and a water bowl. The free water was tepid so rather pay for icey cold ❄
