Costa Coffee

1. I always stay here and enjoy their coffee and food, staff always smile and good service, space enough and comfortable, has WiFi and outside carpark

2. Large shop with a good number of seating arrangements. Friendly staff & easy parking. Overall a perfect spot for friendly meet-ups.

3. Staff were lovely really enjoyed our sandwiches and coffee

4. Have been here a few times. Service generally is very slow, tables are usually waiting to be cleaned. Food is expensive, some of it tasty, some not.

5. I felt petty for taking to reviewing the store online, but in honesty I feel things need to at least be brought up. Constantly blaming upper management for low standards in a branch eventually loses credibility. I have noticed a few times now that some customers bring in shopping trolleys laden with their weekly grocery shop into the store and park them in the seating area while they have their coffee. This is outrageous. The manager on duty – a blonde lady who is otherwise helpful and professional, doesn’t seem to care about it. No intention of stopping it, she just lets it happen. So you’re sat drinking coffee next to a Sainsbury’s trolley brimming with shopping bags. I think this is dreadful.
