Costa Coffee

1. Great cortado recommended by Melda when I said I don’t want a big drink. Appreciate a handy place for coffee.

2. I don’t really understand the negative reviews? I come here most mornings and staff have always been fantastic. My coffee is always made promptly and with care. Thank you for always brightening my early morning starts.

3. After a long one hour early morning journey, I really needed a coffee. There are no shops close by the Cambridge north station except for Costa. Friendly staff and amazing service. But it would’ve been nice if there was a nice sitting place inside.

4. I was served by who I believe was the manager at this Costa, she is very, very rude and unhelpful, when I asked for an extra cup as the coffee was extremely hot..she complained and asked if I will pay for it the rest of the staff are pleasant and helpful. A zero point would be for her!

5. Basic and average compared to most other Costas, disability friendly seating but outside only.

   There seems to be some inconsistency with how they make the drinks especially the hot chocolate.

   Overall handy place before or after a long journey just needs a area manager to pop in and see what they keep receiving negative feedback.
