Costa Coffee

1. Quick service and friendly staff in this Costa accessed from princes street, or the inside of the mall. Lots of seats available when we visited around 9am on a weekday. Service was quick despite the queues and the staff were friendly. Coffee was good and nice and hot as per the ask.

2. Costa lot but good coffee (small white-takeaway) and great view of Castle.

3. Coffee is great, staff are great, location is great. Atmosphere is not.

   The café was far too warm during the past few times I’ve visited, to the point that I felt faint. Was simply too uncomfortable to stay for any longer than receiving my order.

4. Polite and efficient staff. I tried the new mango berry bubble tea – didn’t like it, too sour for my taste.

5. As with all costa cafes. It does a great coffee when you need one.
   Staff very helpful too.
