Costa Coffee

1. Oh dear, oh dear. What went wrong? This is supposed to he the nicest Costa out of the three in town.

   The Chai Latte I was served was hardly warm and the orange and raspberry cake I ordered was dry, aired out, very much likely been there for one day way too many. Absolutely shocking.

   On the upside, the atmosphere and design of this costa is beautiful and delightful, all Costa’s should change their drab maroon colours in favour for this bright orange, walnut and light brown decore.

2. Lots of seating, friendly staff, pleasant environment and clean toilets.

3. Found this Costa quite dark and dingy … not sure if perhaps some of the lights were broken, but it was very dark.
   The person who served me at the till didn’t seem to be very happy he was at work and came across as a little rude, but the woman who made my drink was friendly and nice.
   I personally wouldn’t use this Costa again I would stick to the one I usually use in Broadmead, rather than this one inside Cabot Circus.
   Drink was nice, plenty of seating and toilets were clean.

4. Always my favourite coffee shop in Bristol city centre. Staff are really friendly and nice place highly recommend..

5. This Costa is just not ok. You feel pressured to go asap and they make you feel like you don’t belong there by telling you the time they’re closing. We went one hour before closing and we got takeaway cups (great for the environment) and the cakes in a paper back. They asked beforehand if we wanted take away or sit it and we said sit in so I don’t understand why we for everything to take away. We noticed they were doing that to everyone so they probably just wanted to close and get done. The amount of rubbish they must be creating every single day if they do this must be absolutely mental. Awful service and awful standards for such a big company.
