  1. A lovely morning and good coffee is what most of us will call a good start. Unfortunately, both were Ruined for me today at Costa Oxford train station by the lady who…well I really can’t say serve me not even attempting to do so and all of this being accompanied by a truly poor manner.
I asked for a vanilla and coconut latte which should be £3.30 (I purchased one a few days ago, therefore I know the price) and I received a different price which was not what bothers me in the beginning, I tried to explain to the lady three times, she either pretended doesn’t understand me or interrupted me. Obviously she is not familiar with the products and the system and even worst being so disrespectful to me. At the end, I got my coffee with a broken cover, which will leak every time when I drink.
I do understand that sometimes the staff may be cranky in the morning for different reasons but in all fairness, this shouldn’t give someone the right to treat me in this manner. Please do not speak with people like this! Customers or not, and don’t argue using a passive-aggressive attitude when you don’t even listen to what they want to say when they order their drink.

  2. I truly miss the coffee kiosk that used to be in the centre of train station as we travel often and always enjoy grabbing a coffee for the journey. Staff are always friendly and helpful, however the coffee is watery and tasteless. I did not write a review last time as I felt this experience could be once off. Sadly not. Definitely be the last coffee I have there.

  3. £5.20 for the cheese and tomato toasties, but the ham and cheese is £3.29???? In what world is cheese more expensive than ham??? Even the plant based one is cheaper than the regular cheese and tomato, what the hell???According to Costa there are no vegetarians who use the train Station. No vegetarian breakfast option. Sort out you idiots.

  4. Great little takeaway coffee place on the way through the train station. Especially now being the only one in the station to open. Even though it is in a stations, it still, to a degree, got a little bit of the Costa Coffee feel still with great service. Will definitely return

  5. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the lovely guy who bought me a muffin in my moment of need. It was much appreciated. Thank you.

A very kind gesture which is rare.
