Costa Coffee

1. Appallingly slow staff as ever. The money which Costa spent on a “refurb” would have been better spent on staff training, improving accuracy and people skills!
   When a customer requires no milk in their americano is it too much to ask that the cup be filled?
   When I asked for a top up (which is only hot water, after all, you would think that I’d asked my server to donate a kidney to me!
   Not impressed.

2. Excellent lunch stop when you’ve got an appointment at the RVI.

3. It’s my local coffee store,and the warm welcome is apertizing,those kids work really hard,and just ware on earth can you get a flavour like Costas.a Wiltshire ham toastie + a large Capocheno,ask for it xtra hot .

4. Very Expensive place but its Coffee is nice & it kept me awake in the Hospital when my Daughter was having her Baby & obviously I needed to stay awake, I must have spent an easy £30/£35 in there that night.
   Just wish they didn’t feel the need to charge so much especially in a Hospital.

5. Handy place for a bite to eat or a cup of tea/coffee. I had a very tasty ham and cheese toastie and a latte. Drinks come in 3 sizes. Place is nice and clean and tidy. Staff were quick to clear away rubbish and used plates from tables.
