Costa Coffee

1. The staff are really nice and helpful. My friend has a disability and uses this cafe regularly. It is impossible for him to open the door either going in or out. There is a push-button for wheelchair users but in eight months, it has never worked. I’ve pointed this out to the staff on many occasions and they agree but seem powerless to do anything about it. They have advised me in good faith how to complain. I’ve tried emailing my complaint to Costa but it bounced back. I filled out the online form and got an email back from India telling me to email the UK. My theory is that it is impossible to communicate with Costa as an organisation. They are therefore unaccountable. So, here is my question: can anyone tell me with any kind of certainty (please don’t waste my time), how to raise my concerns about disability access in this store?

Dropped in yesterday for lunch, food wasn’t too bad didn’t eat it all ..medium latte was warmish so had to take that bck ..took my boy to the disabled toilet, absolutely disgusting he cudnt use it 😤 dirty toilet, dirty toilet brush ,dirty floor going in 😡😡 the smell well 😳…doesn’t help wen you have ppl in n out not buying anything n only coming in for the use of the toilet!!!!

5. This is the best Costa in Nottingham. The customer service here is always impeccable. Very friendly and professional!
