Costa Coffee

1. Always good service here, friendly and fast. The usual Costa selection of food, availability of pastries can vary a bit, but they do an excellent sausage bap. Very handy for EV charging, 6 Instavolt chargers next to it.

2. Lady on the till was very miserable! As soon as she stopped serving us she turned around and ate her sandwich on the counter. Terrible cappuccino – no chocolate even offered 🥲 , no dairy free butter & my raspberry and almond bake was stale !! So disappointing.
   I used to work for Costa , I was always proud to work for them however staff today were obviously not!

3. Ordered at the speaker, drove round and explained i forgot to order it with oat milk & asked if it was too late, (had been a minute or less) and got told it was already made. Would’ve been nice to have been offered a remake regardless due to allergies and intolerances, thankfully its just a preference

4. Fab staff, fab service whether eating in or take away , Love this place, its relaxing and very freindly XxX Lynn and Ian

5. I love it here. Loads of parking. The staff are friendly and the drinks and cakes are delicious!
