Costa Coffee Sheffield Greenland Road Drive Thru

1. Great coffee shop, lovely customer service from the staff. It is a quiet area. Had a quick breakfast worth around £12.00. The lotus biscoff cheesecake was fab.

2. This Costa’s new and clean. Mainly go for the Mac and cheese, it’s a nice quick bite. Would recommend the new maple latte but not so much the ice teas. Lotus cheesecake was really nice. Service is hit and miss, but nothing too major. Convenient place to sit to work as it’s quiet and doesn’t get overly busy.

3. This has fast become my favourite Costa shop. Friendly staff, quick service and clean environment.

4. Nice calm, airy place with good treats, clean, warm and comfortable. Easy to park.
   The only thing I don’t like is that many places are making staff wear headsets whilst they work. It affects customer interaction which means it affects customer service. I will say, however, that Costa had a member of staff without a headset and one with, so maybe they at least attempt to keep the ‘human’ side of service for their customers. The staff member without a headset was polite, smiley and welcoming. The one with the headset was still polite – it’s just a barrier to communication.

5. This costa is fantastic, the service is very nice and smooth.
   The cleaning level is extraordinary, never visit a coffee place that clean in uk.
   Is 12 out of 10.
   Everything shines and the glasses are extremely clean and no shadows or fingers.
   I am Spanish and I use to be a waitress and I see things that regular customers don’t.
   I am amused by how good things are here.
   Well done to the team. Bravo! 👏

   I will come back and I recommend it 100%

   Is so gratifying drink a coffee in such a clean environment.
