I ordered the Build Your Own Omelette and a short shack (2) pancakes. Absolutely awesome!! This will easily be my only meal today as it was filling. I will definitely come back to this lively diner when I come to Cambridge again and will recommend to friends and family. Good healthy and scrumptious food!
First time trying this spot! At work and wanted some breakfast! Got the Grilled Cinnamon Roll and the Donut Breakfast Sandwich with sausage egg & cheese. Also got a Black Raspberry Jelly donut. It was delicious light not heavy good amount of blk raspberry jelly inside. The sandwich was delicious, eggs good great on the donut as perfect wow! The grilled cinnamon roll was out of this world omg! It was rich and not overwhelming! Definitely a treat for the morning! Try this spot you will be happy you did! Can’t wait to try something else next time for breakfast!
Had the Hash Benny this morning (not pictured, sorry… I was too hungry!) Amazing, great portions. I appreciate so much that the corned beef hash is fresh and made in-house. Perfect ratio of Hollandaise sauce to get that wonderful texture with the hash and English muffin. Took an order to-go (omelet), and the avocado was hard and not ripe yet, which was disappointing, as it is easy to tell if an avocado is ready. I ordered OJ with it. Instead of asking, they decided bottled OJ was better because its cheaper. They were busy, and i didn’t want to wait anymore, so I just went with it, but I fresh-squeezed would have been better regardless of price. Definitely recommend it for breakfast in-person, not sure on pick up orders just yet. It hit the “spot” I was looking for. I will be back!
Popped into this place on a whim mid-afternoon and the place was nearly empty. The inside space resembles a diner but has a lot of space for customers to sit and dine. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese which was quite flavorful and massive! Eventually the taste of buffalo wing sauce will get tiresome though. So I tried to offset it with an order of Boston Cream Pancakes. At the first bite (maybe first sight) my diabetes started kicking in. If you want it to go into overdrive, then do as the server suggests and put syrup on it! The pancakes were heavy from the custard spread throughout the 3 layers, but still soft and fluffy when you cut a piece off and ate it. As it was, I could only get halfway through the pancakes before tapping out. I wished I got to try their Donut French Toast though since French toasts are more up my alley.
A great group of restaurants scattered around the area. Staff is amazing, very engaging and friendly. Terrific menu with many options. Some of the 3 shops in the group style themselves as diners while others are brunch clubs and bars. I love them! Dawn and Molly and Mich and Katie and Diana are all fantastic! I eat there as often as I can.
