Dukes in the Park

1. Lovely cafe in Norfolk park. There is an amazing selection of sweet treats at the counter. Had the duke monsier (ham hock and cheese toastie with melted cheese and rosemary salt on top) with salad and fries. Everything was delicious and warm. Friendly service and atmosphere.

2. Great staff, having very positive attitude. Tasty food and amazing cakes. Prices are also affordable. Its nice to have some rest in the middle of the park.

3. I have had an amazing experience at Dukes in the Park cafe, every time we visit Norfolk Heritage Park. The ambiance is truly enchanting, creating a serene atmosphere for a delightful meal. The staff’s friendliness is commendable and adds a warm touch to the dining experience, making me feel truly welcomed. As for the food, it surpassed my expectations great food with amazing taste. This cute cafe is an gem in the midst of nature’s beauty.

4. The young lad serving was so miserable & very much lacked any customer service skills – everything seemed to be a hassle & appeared to be that customers are just an inconvenience.
   The other young (Skinny) lad was the complete opposite – nothing was too much hassle & carried out with a smile.
   The young lady serving was open, smiley and helpful
   Cakes were nice but quite pricey for what you got.
   Nice setup and liked the fact that well behaved dogs & owners could come in too place orders or sit inside, outside seating was also available.
   Would visit again but hopefully the service atmosphere will be that much improved.

5. Went for Afternoon tea for my friends 6Oth birthday. The staff had set the table with lovely crockery and added some table confetti and balloons. The food was superb a beautiful selection of sandwiches, cakes, scones and a Nduja sausage roll. All homemade. It was perfect 😍
