  1. Delicious Chinese food out in Cambridge!
I loved the pork soup dumplings, and most of the dishes: spicy cumin lamb, spicy fish sauce pork, twice fried pork were delicious. The black pepper beef was decent but not as good.

I recommend ordering a few dishes to share- get a saucy one, a crispy fried one, etc to mix things up.

Service was efficient and we got seats on a Saturday night just fine even though it was busy.

  2. Great spot for Chinese food and dumplings in Cambridge- no nonsense, food comes out hot and fresh and fast. Place was packed on a Monday night for dinner, almost every table full and lots of take out orders stacked by the window to be delivered- a sign of a good place. They have vegetarian options and noodle and rice dishes, also countless dumpling options. Everything is about $15-20 an entree. I thought the pork and leek dumplings were excellent with their dipping sauce; sesame fried chicken also yummy! I would try some other things next time. Our server Bo was nice. Tables were a bit sticky!

  3. I am often disappointed by Chinese restaurants in Boston but this place is really really good. Parking is limited to street parking but location is within walking distance from Harvard. The soup dumplings are terrific. Most people like to go to Ding Tai Fung for this dish but frankly I think this place does a better job. The skins are thicker and the meat is richer in taste. Other cooked dishes are equally good but the strong bean dish is a bit too salty. Prices reasonable and the service is fast.

  4. Absolute best fried pork dumplings I ever had! Takes 15 minutes bc they’re hand made but so worth the wait! Soup dumplings were also amazing! The udon noodle dish could use a little more flavor or spice but pretty good. Service was just okay. Will definitely return!

  5. First thing’s first: ever since Gourmet Dumpling House in Chinatown closed, I’ve been looking for a lively, classic Chinese food fare place with good soup dumplings to go to in person…and this is it. First time here since the pandemic, and quality has not suffered. Second thing…the TOMATO EGG with shrimp changed my bar for what a restaurant can do with this homecooked dish. It’s my #1 recommendation above the spicy Sichuan boiled fish, or the Northern eggplant pork, and beef tendon with chili sauce. If you like this kind of dish, I’ve never seen a restaurant soft scramble their eggs this gracefully. Game changer! Then, go for the mini pork soup dumplings for sure 👍
