Dunkin’

1. Yes I am a dunkie! Please have been always will be. I like cappuccino and I like there cappuccino. I guess I would consider myself a regular as the staff is so friendly and knows my order before I order it. I may not go several times a day but I go at least one today and they are fabulous to me. The staff is always inviting always happy they go as quick as they can go with a very high demand store, and I love it.

2. This Dunkin is one of the worst Dunkin’s I have ever been to. The manager does not care about the lack of customer service in his store, every time I have gone there whoever takes my order and/or works the window is always so rude, there was one employee that didn’t say anything at the window, no total, no hi how are you, no welcome to dunkin, no have a nice day, she just waited for you to hand her your money, and then handed you your stuff and that was it. Every time I have a rude employee take my order or hand me my stuff through the window, the manager is standing right behind them hearing their lack of customer service/negative attitude and does not say anything or intervene. The staff that take orders are equally as rude, you order one item and they ask “anything else” in a monotone way after every individual item. I know this is fast food, but I worked at dunkin for years and it is not difficult to not show how much you hate your job, and be friendly with customers. They also have messed up my coffee and food several times. Unfortunately I live minutes away from this dunkin and go there occasionally for ease, but I have never been pleased with the service. Everyone I know that has gone to this dunkin doesn’t have anything good to say about it either. It’s in a convenient spot so it will always get business, but just know that you will not be met with pleasant staff, and you could likely be given incorrect/burnt/watery food or coffee.

3. Today I was at Dunkin in Southampton, MA. Received courtesy service from the woman at the window while two girls were fooling around so loudly in the background I could barely hear the woman at the window. I had placed an order for 25 munchkins. When I got home the munchkins were all crushed and crumbled into the box. Very disappointed. Will never stop there again.

4. Well, every drink is different every time I order it, which is a blessing and a curse. Most Dunkin locations are like that, though, in my experience. This is my Dunkin though and I feel that warmth.

5. I just get donuts to go , and eat them in my car some times. The shop is clean and the workers are very friendly .
