Dunkin’

1. I ordered on the app so that I could grab my food and be on the road but when I opened my wrap I saw that it had MOLD!!! I got very lucky that I was able to see it before I took a bite, this could make anyone very sick. Please check your stock before selling them to customers. This is just absurd.

2. I wish I could give zero stars for this place.
   I had the worst experience with the old blonde-haired Spanish lady everybody says in this review. I went to this store to try the salted caramel cold brew, and she gave me some kind of coffee with caramel, not even a cold brew. I asked her to give me the coffee I ordered, but she cut me off, saying, “You ordered salted caramel. That’s it.” She has no sense of what customer service is.

3. The lady coughed so much in her hands and I didn’t see her wash.. plus the coffee they made I never drank it.. it was so disgusting I asked if she can give sugar packets but she never offered another drink instead. Plus this is also where I did a delivery and they did not put any avocado or tomatoes on my sandwich..
   Im making two complaints about two different situations

4. Somehow managed to get an order for a regular iced coffee and 3 munchkins wrong. I’m not even sure how that’s possible.

5. A very average Dunkin location. Service was just ok, but the tables are tiny. It’ll serve you better as a takeout place.
