Dunkin’

1. How do you run a doughnut shop with no doughnuts in it? Thanks for the few chocolate doughnut holes that I was able to purchase and the coffee. The holes tasted greasy and they made me sick to my stomach. It’s amazing how you manage to have 8 or 9 employees around and can’t even manage to have any doughnuts for sale. You guys are geniuses!!! I saw a total of 32 customers pull up and have to leave. Notice in the picture of the empty doughnut racks, that the employee had his drink on the counter by the cash register like it was nothing.

2. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve ever been to. They’re so understaffed all the time and when they do have the employees, they work at a snails pace. I ordered a mobile order here almost every day but multiple times they would just close the dining room due to short staffing, forcing me to wait in the slow drive thru line.

   This store is right across from a busy clinic and hospital. It could easily be making so much more revenue but it’s limited by incompetence and understaffing.

3. Nice Dunkin donuts. Went through the drive thru. They were fast, efficient, and double checked an item on my order, as well as being friendly.

4. Good reliable donuts (can’t say that I’ve ever had a bad donut unless it is a week old) – quick service, somewhat limited selection of donuts. Luckily maple was available and tasted great!

5. This is the worst Dunkin location across the Southeast US. I put up with it because it’s close to where I live downtown, but not after today. If you close 10 minutes earlier than your posted business hours, you’ll never receive a dime of my business again. Ownership of this location must be absolutely clueless because employees have also been robbing them blind for months by giving away free coffee to everyone. Needs to be shut down and totally revamped.
